Structure Frame: We rely on a pile foundation made from hot dipped galvanized steel (either C-piles or Z-piles) driven deep into the soil, providing maximum stability to build on without the use of concrete that can negatively affect the biology of the soil.

Structure: Our horizontal support beams are constructed from AL6005-T5 Aluminum Alloy and selected based on their excellent strength to weight ratio. In addition, the aluminum has been treated through anodised oxidation to create an oxidized layer protecting against corrosion due to contact with fertilizers, rainwater, and the effects of time.

Panels: We use double transparent dual glass modules. These allow specific wavelengths of light to pass through (which contribute to plant growth) while collecting the remaining light to generate energy as opposed to using opaque panels.

Connectors :All fasteners and connections are made from SUS304 stainless steel to ensure that the first point of failure (and the only point of failure) is not in the hardware that holds your system together.

Our export packaging follows strict ISPM 15 standards for international shipping:

Layer 1 - Component Protection: Individual solar panels are first wrapped in anti-static EPE foam to prevent micro-cracks and scratches.

Layer 2 - Cushioning: High-density EPE (Expandable Polyethylene) inserts are custom-cut to fit snugly around the panels and aluminum rails inside the crate, absorbing all vibrations during long-haul transport.

Layer 3 - Heavy-Duty Crating:

Material: 18mm thick, heat-treated and stamped ISPM-15 compliant plywood.

Structure: Reinforced with internal bracing to prevent racking. Marked with "FRAGILE," "KEEP DRY," and "THIS SIDE UP."

Handling: Engineered with reinforced skids to allow for forklift and crane handling on uneven farm terrain.

Hardware Kits: All nuts, bolts, and fasteners (SUS304) are boxed, labeled by installation step, and secured inside the main crate for easy access.
